Mommy Fit Camp is a program designed for moms, dads, caregivers,
nannies, and even those without children. The program consists
of “boot camp” style exercises and drills.
Exercises include
running, calisthenics, weight training, and motivational drills. Children
will either be directly involved in the drill or right there cheering on
their participant. Camp lasts 4 weeks.
Each participant will perform a PFT on their first and last day of camp. Participants will focus on achieving fitness goals and not just weight loss. This class will leave you feeling healthy inside and out!!
Mommy Fit Camp will be challenging but anyone can do it. All you need is a positive attitude and everything you’ve got!
